Should I go for the Standard or Plus option?

This depends on your budget and your confidence in being able to edit your résumé yourself. 'Plus' gives you the peace of mind of knowing you have done everything perfectly. Don't worry though. If you choose 'Standard' we can upgrade you later if you change your mind.

Will this actually make a difference?

Yes, because your résumé has one job to perform and that's getting interviews. If it isn’t getting interviews, something is off and you need to fix it. Not your experience. Not your background. The way it’s being presented.

If you choose 'Standard" you will send us your current résumé. We review it. You get a clear, detailed report. We walk you through exactly what to fix in that document. We also schedule a 30 minute call to talk you through the edits. If you choose 'Plus' you get everything in 'Standard' plus we review it again after you’ve made changes so you know that you can apply for jobs in confidence.
